With this form you can return one or more items of your order to us.
Do this within 14 days of receipt, otherwise we cannot accept your return.
Customized products cannot be returned.
If the transparent packaging of a bit has been opened, we are unfortunately forced to charge the €10 test costs.

Please return the item(s) to us using the address label below. Save the shipping receipt!
After receipt we will process your return.
The purchase amount excluding the shipping costs will be credited to your account or the exchange item(s) will be sent.
