Shipping & returns
Our delivery partner DHL Parcel delivers the orders to the delivery address you specified. DHL Parcel's terms and conditions apply to this.
Are you not at home when the delivery person is at the door? Then the delivery person offers the package to the neighbors. The delivery person will leave a card in your letterbox with the address where your package was delivered. If the neighbors do not open the door, the deliverer will leave a delivery code on the delivery-missed card. With this you choose online where and when DHL will deliver your package for free again, for example the next day at home, at work or at a DHL ServicePoint. If you do not make a new delivery appointment, the package will be ready the next day at the nearest DHL ServicePoint.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These shipping costs are approximately € 7 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at [email protected], or by filling in the return form and returning it with the package. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Custom-made items, self-designed items and outlet items cannot be returned.
When a tested bit returns, we are forced to charge € 10 test costs. You can read all information about test bits on the page "Test bits".
