    Bit Testing

Finding the right bit for your horse can sometimes be a complicated and expensive quest.
Before you know it, you have purchased different bits that are not suitable for your horse afterwards.
To prevent this, you can try bits with us.
If you want to test a bit, you can order it in the normal way via our website.

    Return without testing

The bit comes in a transparent packaging so that you can view the bit well. If the bit isn't what you're looking for,
then you can return the bit in the unopened packaging and the full purchase price excluding shipping costs will be credited.

If the package has been opened, we see this as testing and unfortunately we are forced to charge €10 test costs.
The remaining purchase amount excluding shipping costs will then be credited.

    Returns after testing

If the bit is not what you are looking for after testing, you have 2 weeks to return the bit. We then assess whether the bit is undamaged.
Unfortunately, if the bit is damaged, we cannot take it back.

If the bit is returned undamaged and within the specified period after testing, we will charge a €10 test fee.
The remaining purchase amount excluding shipping costs will then be credited.

The bits below have a mouthpiece that quickly shows signs of use due to use.
We therefore give no guarantee on these bits and are excluded from testing and excluded from return.
