Shipping & returns

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by our delivery partner DPD Parcel to the delivery address you specified. The conditions of DPD Parcel apply to this.

If you are not at home to receive your order and delivery to the neighbors is not possible, DPD will deliver your package to the nearest Pickup parcelshop after the first delivery attempt. You can read where you can pick up your package on the not-home message left by the driver.

Returns

You have the right to return one or more items of your order within 14 days of receipt. Customized products cannot be returned.

The purchase amount excluding the shipping costs will be credited to your account.

Exchange

If you want to exchange, mail to info@robvanboxtel.com so that the exchange item can be reserved for you. Then return the original with the address label below.

Bit testing

The bit comes in a transparent packaging so that you can view the bit well. If the bit isn\u2019t what you\u2019re looking for, you can return the bit in the unopened packaging and the full purchase price excluding shipping costs will be credited.

If the package has been opened, we see this as testing and unfortunately we are forced to charge \u20ac10 test costs. The remaining purchase amount excluding shipping costs will then be credited.
