Need to return an item?

Return within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging.

Customized products cannot be returned. If the transparent packaging of a bit has been opened, a \u20ac10 test fee applies. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you want to exchange an item, email info@robvanboxtel.com so the exchange item can be reserved for you. Then return the original with the address label below. Save the shipping receipt. After receipt we will process your return \u2014 the purchase amount excluding shipping costs is credited or the exchange item is sent.
